Cindy Barad Elias brings this action against her former accounting firm Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. (“Gettry”) and Marc Heppen, CPA (“Heppen”), a Gettry accountant, (collectively, “Defendants”), claiming malpractice, conflict of interest, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, gross negligence, and tortious interference with a valid prenuptial agreement.
