Yan has significant experience with data lineage accuracy assessment for financial forecasting models, capital planning models and fraud predictive and detective models. Yan has also led large teams focused on delivering regulatory remediation and transformation projects in connection with MRA and MRIA.

Yan is a co-founder of a boutique accounting and financial advisory firm and prior to that had held various senior level positions at leading management consultancies like Ernst & Young, CAPCO as well as leading investment bank, Morgan Stanley.
